BIDCO LTD facilitates the WINCH change-out for Oceaneering Intl, Inc (OII) on board the OCEAN LEXINGTON. Project completed within tight time-frame and without incidents.

BIDCO LTD assets are merged into DELTA SUBSEA LLC and the new local entity SUBSEA TRINIDAD & TOBAGO LTD is created to manage the Caribbean/ South American portfolio

BIDCO LTD provides fabrication and welding services as required for OCEANEERING INTL INC (OII) on board the Ocean Lexington.

BIDCO LTD works with Oceaneering International Inc. (OII) to perform BHP Billiton's Calm Buoy Hose Change Out using the DPDSV "OCEAN PATRIOT." The job is a success with over 10,000 safe man hours worked incident-free!

BIDCO LTD provides SNC-LAVALIN with Certified Welding Inspectors (CWIs) and NACE-Certified Coating Inspectors for the PDVASA 36" DRAGON Pipeline Project.

Provision of SME (Subject Matter Expert) in Diving and replica watches ROV Subsea Installation field for the CHEVRON/ BGTT DOLPHIN Conductor Clamp Installations

BIDCO LTD was awarded an extension for a BPTT CAD Designer and Animator to assist them with deepwater subsea field development of the upcoming JUNIPER project.

BIDCO LTD awarded and completed ROV detailed inspections of EOG's Ibis check valve and manifold system with its in country LWC ROV system complete with TMS.

BIDCO LTD awarded and completed SAR of an installation aid for EOG Resources in 275' of water with its LWC ROV system operating from BIDCO LTD's DPDSV vessel.

BIDCO LTD is awarded ROV Scopes of work on the SERRETTE Platform for BPTT. BIDCO LTD brings in the POLARBJORN and Lynx LWC ROV and successfully completes job within one month. BIDCO Ltd is an IMCA ROV Contractor and starts its ROV program with more than 50% local content in the ROV department.

BIDCO LTD opens operations in Trinidad & Tobago and provides EOG Resrouces with Certified Welding Inspectors and NACE Coating Inspectors - working onboard the HELIX CAESAR.

SSTT Ltd., has the team and technology to provide solutions and visual aids to subsea projects. We can interpret your project issues and with our team of Engineers, Subsea Specialists and AutoCAD Designers - we can provide you with a solution storyboard to any subsea problem. We can illustrate exactly HOW we are going to fix your problem and have learnt through the years that the visual solution storyboard can ensure that EVERYONE is on the same page. A solution can be found only when EVERYONE understands the problem.

Consulting & Engineering

SSTT Ltd., Consulting & Engineering (“C & E”) business line provides Subsea Project Management, Subsea Project Support Services, Subject Matter experts (SME) and client representation. Founded as Delta Marine Technologies in 2004, C & E has expanded from one client to now having over fifty (50) MSAs with leading offshore construction and E & P companies.  C & E personnel have extensive experience managing and supporting some of the most challenging and complex projects around the world.

DeepOcean Offshore Services Base – Blyth is a purpose built Asset and Project Support facility which can provide an integrated Mobilisation, Storage, Logistics and Maintenance service.

Conveniently located for road, rail and air connections and with immediate and easy marine access to the North Sea area, DeepOcean’s UK Marine Operations Base offers access to two Heavy Lift Quay’s, with crane support up to 250Te available on-site.

With water depth to 8.5m (North Quay) Lowest Astronomical Tide (LAT) available all year round providing access for larger vessels, on-site availability for logistic support (bunkering, warehousing, supply) Blyth Offhore Base provides a convenient, cost effective solution for operations supported by dedicated on-site staff. DeepOcean Offshore Services Base – Blyth can offer fully managed vessel mobilisation with berthing facilities and access to a team of experienced personnel including a skilled supply chain of Engineering, Fabrication, Freight Forwarding, Lifting, Testing and service infrastructure.

DeepOcean’s offshore support services are located with deep water quays, offices, warehouse and workshop facilities at the Killingøy Subsea & Offshore base, Haugesund.

The offshore support base provide technical, mobilsation, maintenance and logistic support to our fleet of ROVs ;and vessels.

The Pipeline Repair System (PRS) base is also located at Killlingøy Offshore Base.

The HOS Woodland & HOS Warland are 310 class HOSMAX vessels designed to “go deep,” delivering next-generation technology, increased capacity and unmatched efficiency - all while meeting or exceeding the latest stringent emissions and environmental requirements. Equipped with two Delta SubSea Schilling HD 150 HP work-class remotely operated vehicles (ROVs) from DSS’s fleet of ROVs, the HOS Woodland & HOS Warland are capable of performing inspection, maintenance and repair (IMR) of subsea oil installations and construction support in the Gulf of Mexico (GoM). In addition to IMR work, this vessel package is designed to perform a variety of deep-water services, such as SURF installation, decommissioning activities, drilling support and deep-water well intervention projects.
